After reaching a high temperature of 85 degrees during the week that ended March 20, area residents reluctantly wore their winter coats again during the week that ended March 27.
Cold rain mixed with a trace of snow Tuesday evening brought the precipitation total for the month to .13 inch. Watch for March totals later in the week.
